Hi! I'm Katy
Planning my daughter’s wedding in 2014 changed everything for me. After 20 years in the hospitality industry, it ignited a passion for wedding planning and gave me a new perspective on what couples and families truly need on such an important day: calm guidance, genuine care, and someone who can bring their vision to life, without missing a single detail.
The photo above is from my own wedding. We eloped during COVID at the Pineapple Fountain in Charleston, SC in a small, intimate ceremony. My family is my heart, and they remind me every day why love stories matter, and why it’s such an honor to be part of someone else’s.
I’m here to make the wedding planning process effortless and joyful for you, and everyone you love. Whether you're dreaming of a classic church ceremony or a breezy outdoor affair, at the heart of everything I do is attention to detail - from a perfectly folded napkin to a thoughtfully built timeline, and a design that tells your story and enhances your guests' experience.
My mission is simple: for you to feel like a guest at your own wedding.

Our process begins with an informal meeting, by phone, video call, or in person, so we can get to know each other and see if we’re a great fit.
If we decide to move forward together, I’ll provide a detailed contract outlining the scope of services and a payment schedule that aligns with your timeline. You can review my Terms and Conditions below.
From there, we’ll begin a series of collaborative meetings to thoughtfully build out your wedding-day plan, at a pace that feels natural and manageable.
You can always expect honest, open communication from me. You’ll never be left wondering where things stand and you'll always know exactly what we’re working on, and what’s coming next.
